Literally not once ever have I been able to access an attached photo to your form. Not good.
I need a resolution

Thank you for contacting us.
Please make sure that you're logged in to your JotForm account on the same browser to open/download the uploaded files.
As another option, you can go to your account settings and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files box. By doing so, you will be able to view and download the uploaded files with no log-in requirement.
