hi there, i want to cancel my payment but i cant get into my account

I have mis-enter the email address when i sign up so i didnt received any email, and once i logout i cant get back anymore, please help check the email i sign in is like csthanksfulweek@gmail.com. and i want to cancel the payment please. i have a screenshot for reference
