How can I publish my form in Joomla?

    I want to create a form for use on my wesite similar in format to this one https://form.jotform.com/200973948133359 . I am able to upload my product lists from a spreadsheet and the form will be used by customers to select products for our click and collect service. We expect to take payment as a separate action over the phone. My website currently runs using joomla and I would need to integrate the form into the website.

    Can you help?

    You can easily publish your form on Joomla. Please follow these steps below;

    1. On the "Setup & Embed" tab on the toolbar, click on the "Publish" button. Click the "PLATFORMS" tab and type "Joomla" in the search field.

    2. Copy the code provided.
