Cannot get past the first page of the form whilst filling it in.

I have tested a form and it will not go past the second page this has been working well for the last 10 days and has went wrong over night - please help.

I've checked the form, and I was able to proceed to the second without any issues.

Could you please try clearing your browser cache or please try it on a different browser and check if the issue persists?

I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
