How to Setup an AutoResponse

    How do i get and email confirmation to the participants who registered?

    To send a Notification Email to the person that submitted your form, you must first create an Auto-Response Email. To create the Auto-Response kindly perform the follwoing steps:

    Have the form you are working on, open on the Form Editor.

    On the top toolbar go to the Setup & Embed category, then click on Email Alerts, when the menu appears, click on Add New Email.

    When the Email Wizard appears, click on Autoresponder Email.

    When the Auto-Response that we just created appears. 

    Make sure to edit the fields appropiately:

    Sender Name: Name of the Person or Business that is contacting the user.
    Sender Email: The Emai used by the Form to send the Autoresponse
    Reply to Email: The Address the user will send a reply, if they reply to the Auto-Response Email.

    Recipient E-Mail: This is the email the Auto-Response will be sent out to. Obtained using the field on the form. 

    When you are done updating these values, click on Finish

    Once you have created your Autoresponder, it will be listed under Setup & Embed / Email Alerts on the top toolbar of the Form Editor.
