Some people have reported submission errors as well as not receiving a confirmation email. I end up getting a few double and triple submissions.
Is there anything I can do in settings to resolve these issues?
- Users submitting 2-3 times because of a bug (form breaks)
- Users not receiving a confirmation email.

Hi,
thank you for reaching out to us.
- To avoid duplicate submissions, I would recommend that you set up unique submissions. You can do this by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-how-to-set-unique-submissions-on-a-form
- I've checked your form and your Autoresponder is missing a field. This is the reason why the submitters are not getting the email.
Please click on the Autoresponder and review the settings.
