I need to change my username.

I need to change my username as I am leaving the institution that I work for. 

Please let us know the new username along with two more options (in case the first option is already taken) and we will gladly assist you.

1. Go to the Profile section of your account. https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile.
2. Click edit next to the Username.
3. Enter the desired username and click Save.
