I have not been able to log in to my account for a couple days.

    Hello JotForm friends,

    I have not been able to log in to my account for a couple days. I was in here working on Wednesday night, but ever since Thursday morning it was like my login info was not recognized anymore. It said that my email/password was wrong. I tried to reset my password and now I'm not even getting the email after submitting that request. Can you please help?

    Thanks for the help. I wonder if it was because I logged in on my iPad to work on Wednesday night, where I had never logged in before.

    Good day, we apologize for the inconvenience. The account was mistakenly suspended by the system. Since there is no violation of our terms in your forms, the account was reactivated and the forms were added to our white-list in order to prevent this issue.
