Unable to locate removed submissions

I just mistakenly moved a completed form submission to the trash and when I went to retrieve it, the Trash folder is empty. I've been moving things to the trash every week so there should be other files there as well.

The message that shows says files in the Trash are purged every 30 days - so where are the files I have moved there during the past 7 days?

You have mentioned "completed form submission". Are you referring to a specific submission? These are stored in the tables:

The trash folder you are referring to is storing removed forms. After you remove the form, it will be shown here, for 30 days.

Yes! That solves it! I was looking at the Trash folder on the "main" screen where all of my forms are located. Thanks!

It's good to know that you were able to find the TRASHED ENTRIES. And yes, the TRASH folder in the My Forms page only contains the deleted forms. While TRASHED ENTRIES is where deleted submissions are stored within 30 days.
