    How to backup form submissions into a spreadsheet?

    Hello, Thanks for posting your inquiry here on the forum.

    There many ways that you can backup your form submissions on a spreadsheet format.

    1. Backup to Excel or CSV

    Select a form with submissions and click the Submission button above to access the Submissions page as shown on the image below:

     

    As you can see from the image above, you have the option to download your submissions in either Excel(XLS) or CSV format

     

    2. Using Google Spreadsheet Integration. Please refer to this thread How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet

    Note: When using the Google Spreadsheet integration it does not take your previous submission data but your future submissions only prior to the integration.
