My forms aren't being saved

    It says to upgrade and I have already done that last two weeks

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

    I see that you have recently upgraded to our Storage account. The Storage plan is similar to the Free Account, so the form limit of 5 means that you can only have a total of 5 forms active on your account at once.

    The storage plan only allows for an increase in stored submission data. It does not include any of the monthly submission limit increases that the Bronze and higher plans include: this is why you are receiving this message.
