Will I lose data after unsubscription? How long the time do I have to download all of my data? thanks.

Just click the Cancel button located in the Account Settings Page of your JotForm account to unsubscribe to your JotForm account.
While your data will remain intact right after you unsubscribe, it is good practice to backup your data right before you cancel your account so that you're assured of unlimited access to your Premium account. The amount of data that you have will determine the time it will take you to back it up (i.e., more data, longer backup time).

Your cancel button has a bug. It leads to another page which asks for login that is never correct.

Since you're paying using your credit card, you have to cancel your account through our 3rd party payment processor Plimus. Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. Please do not use your JotForm username and password when logging in to the Plimus website. In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here or visit their Customer Support page.
