Uploaded file is returning a 404 error

    I am having some trouble uploading my files onto an application that I am filling out using JotForm. I attached a file with a picture to show what's happening everytime I click the file I upload to check if it uploaded correctly.

    Hi there,

    May we know where are you checking the uploaded files? are you clicking it once you've attached the file in the upload field? or from the submission email?

    That error usually occurs, if the form owner's form is configured to prevent others from checking the uploads/submission unless they log in to their Jotform account.

    Kindly login to your Jotform account before filling out the form and see if the issue still persists.
