I looked at the forums to see if I could get the answer to merging 2 forms already created on JotForm but when I go to the Field Manager app I get this message {{see attachment}} I have been signed into our JotForm (I can see our forms) and have tried in the AM & PM of 2/18/2021 & again today 2/19/2021. Please advise.

We apologize for inconvenience. I checked the Field Manager app http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/ and so far it has work properly.
I see the Form Picker screen and my forms were available.
The common reason for this issue is when the browser was not able to save the site cookies in the current session. For the app to work, it needs the site cookies saved in the browser.
Example, I have these site cookies saved in my Chrome browser.
Please check in your browser privacy and security settings also.
Let us know if issue persist.
