    HI

What has happened to Jotform. Please advise how I correct this. Every time I log in I get:

    1. all info in Spanish even though I have a default language is English
    2. My forms which I have been using for years now when I print to PDF are different - missing much f my information
    3. When I get email notification that a form has been submitted I get the pdf attached but it only has 2 of 8 or 9 pages on it

This is ridiculous. Have you changed the whole format and layout and notification process? Has JOTFORM been hacked?

I cant rectify these things easily and have to constantly go into jotform to manually fix things.

I am ready to leave this and go elsewhere. Please contact me ASAP to discuss and resolve this.

I have just answered this via the other ticket. Please refer to this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2911129

Which of your forms are you having this issue with? I tried checking some random forms in the account and the PDFs matches the fields in the form e.g. this form: Adult Initial Intake Form

When I get email notification that a form has been submitted I get the pdf attached but it only has 2 of 8 or 9 pages on it

Could you please try setting up a new email notification, delete existing email template, and attach the PDF to it? See if that makes any difference. As I checked, the PDF document template has about 8 pages in them, so you should receive the same when attached to the email. Here's a guide on setting-up-email-notifications.
