I have 3 active Forms. Two are not working as far as the payment options but they are all set up the same with the same conditions. The only difference is that two of them having multiple product options. I need this resolved asap as customers are trying to place orders and when they choose Etransfer it directs to Paypal.

The multiple payment options would not work this way as you had configured in your form. If the user is selecting the products in the PayPal option then it would direct him to the PayPal website.
1)To include both the ways either via the check or via PayPal you may build two forms one form via the Purchase Order and another via PayPal. option. Then you may merge both the form. To follow this workaround, please follow this guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/182-how-to-create-a-basic-multiple-payment-form
2)Secondly, you may configure the products outside of the PayPal field. This could implement both the payment options in a single form.
You will need to split your products into native fields such as "Single choice" or "Multiple Choice" fields, and assign a value to each option: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Next, perform the calculations: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
Pass the total to the payment field: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

palettepossepaintpartiesReplied on February 19, 2021 at 11:55 PMHi.
The first option would be fine. Is there a way to make that work under the
current form? It's already live and I dont want to have to provide
everyone with a new link now. I am really struggling to figure out how this
was done even with the instructions provided.
Also, the PayPal feature said invalid account or something when I tested
your demo but I assume thats just because its a demo?

the etransfer option, as people are making orders and they're not
coming through properly.

Please note that we don't have an integration with E-transfer but you may use purchase order to show the selected items.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement both suggestions by my colleagues without creating a new form to merge your PayPal integration and Purchase order(E-transfer).
You would have to create a new form to have both forms inserted inside an iFrame embed widget.
Here is a sample form:https://form.jotform.com/210503977330047
You may clone my form to check it out.
Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/42-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-url
If you want to create a new form with all your forms under the iframe embed widget, you can set it up by :
1)For the Purchase order(E-cash)
You can remove the Payment integration and process the payments manually.
2) Add a new form as your main form
3) Add two iFrame embed widgets to show your Purchase order form and PayPal form.
3.a To use the iFrame embed widget, you would have to add your Form URL in the widget.
4)Add a single choice field as your selector for your form respondents to select the payment method(PayPal or E-cash(Purchase Order).
You can then default hide the iFrame embed and use conditions to show them based on the selection.
Please check it out and let us know how it goes.
