The images my clients are uploading lead to a page that says the website can not be found

Why won’t my clients images upload?

Have you embedded this form or are your clients accessing and filling the direct form link?

Also, are they getting the error after uploading the images or after submitting the form?

I cloned and tested your form and there does not seem to be any issue with the upload field or submitting the form.

Please check the form from your end too and let us know when you get the error.

When I receive an email from jot form letting me know the client has submitted a form ... I click on the image and this pops up. It’s happening with each submission.

I think you are getting a 404 error upon clicking the image from your email. Is that correct?
