Hello. We are wondering if it's normal to have to wait many minutes for the system to find and display a specific person's response to our form. Is this delay due to our account type/level? Or do you know why it's so slow? Thank you.

From what you have mentioned it seems that you are trying to search for some information from among your form submissions.
If yes are you referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/193528184976171?
If yes are you searching on your submission page or your JotForm Inbox page?
What term are you searching for so that we could try replicating the issue at our end too?
There is a possibility that since there are lots of submissions for that form (3850), it's taking time. But please let us know the details requested above.

Hi there,
Thank you for confirming the form URL.
As my colleague had asked, could you please provide some more clarification on the following questions:
Are you searching on your submission page or your JotForm Inbox page?
What term are you searching for so that we could try replicating the issue at our end too?
We await your response.

RexsadieReplied on February 20, 2021 at 7:22 PMI am searching from the submission page. Sometimes I search by name of
sdog, sometimes by applicant. and sometimes by location. Regardless of the
parameters I use it takes a long time to load. would it help if I had fewer
forms in the database?

Hi there,
Thank you for confirming!
I did access your form submissions for that particular form and it loaded up immediately for me.
I'm wondering if perhaps this could be a browser issue: if you switch browsers and/or clear your browser cookies and cache or use an incognito browser window, does the issue persist?
It may be helpful to download and delete some of your submission data as this large amount of data can definitely slow down loading speeds.
Here's how-to-download-the-submission-files and then how-to-delete-form-submission-data
We await your response.
