Set up forms for clients for their own use.

    Hi! We build websites for clients and are researching hippa compliant forms. My co-worker is interpreting info on your site to mean that we can purchase a license and set up forms for multiple clients. Is this correct? Or must each client purchase a license for their own use?

    "You may use the forms for your clients to fill out" makes me think I worded that question badly.

    We build websites for clients. Some of those clients need hippa compliant forms for THEIR clients.

    My co-worker is interpreting info on your site to mean that we can purchase one license and set up forms for multiple clients to use for their individual businesses that they can have access to, notifications will go to them for their forms, and they will have access to only their forms and responses. Is this correct?

    For this part "notifications will go to them for their forms" this is possible, you can set up email notification.
