Upon checking your notification email settings, I can see that you have not set the Sender email.
If the Sender Email address is not a big issue for you, simply choose email@example.com. Otherwise, you have 3 options
1. Use the Mandrill option if you need the Email question to be shown as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Email Notifications and Autoresponders.
2. Verify your email address if you just want to show your own email address as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Autoresponders.
