Purchased subscription on wrong jot note account

    Hello. My name is Spencer Strout and I run and operate a rugby club. I have two different accounts with you all. When upgrading my membership, I put it under the wrong account. I was wondering if we could transfer the membership from rugbyclubofindianapolis account to spstrout. All of my current jot forms, including apparel purchase that is directly connected on our website, are on spstrout. spstrout is currently at its 10 person limit, and I have new apparel sales coming in everyday. I made a simple mistake, and I am hoping it can be an easy switch, so I do not have to cancel the current account, request a refund, wait for the refund, and then purchase again on my other account. Thank you for your help. Below is a screenshot of both my accounts showing how one has no forms and the other does. Another option I’m wondering if possible is to switch all the forms to rugbyclubofindianapolis since it is already paid for for the year if we can’t do the switch on the subscription.

    Thank you for reaching out.


    Unfortunately, we cannot transfer the subscriptions between accounts, and as you have paid with PayPal, you would have to cancel the recurring subscription from your PayPal account directly, let us know and then we can proceed to a refund.

    It is quite a quick process, but I am not sure about how much time you have.

    So, the second option is entirely valid and can be done quicker, we can move all your forms (and their data) to the other account without any issues.

    Thanks for the response. I figured out how to share all my templates and then look them up and use them appreciate the help.
