Submissions Counter widget: When does the count reset if TODAYS SUBMISSION is selected?

How long does it take to return the number to zero?

Is it calculated during one day?

Example

I made 4 submissions on 2/19/2021 at eight in the morning

At any date and time the counter is returned

Will the meter be returned on 2/20/2021 at eight in the morning, meaning after 24 hours have passed?

Or is the calculation done in another way?

In other words, I want to receive 50 requests every day from 9 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon, after which the form will be closed until the next day

Usually, the reset happens every 12am EST. However, this was not defined on our documentation.

Yes, I understood the idea. Replay is done according to the time of the server in the US time

This version fixes your bug; accurately validates the submission count, even if your form is simultaneously submitted hundreds of times.
