Every form I create auto-reformats itself during building, it won't stop, and you're not answering support requests...

    Every form I create continually automatically makes undesireable reformats, deletes content, etc while I'm building. It won't stop, and after hours of waiting there's no response from "support." This can't be a legitimate company. I've been waiting for hours.

    Still no reply to this thread, and no resolution on the main ticket after 18 hours. DO NOT PAY FOR JOTFORM IF YOU'RE READING THIS. There is no service here if something goes wrong. You wait hours for someone to ask a dumb question you've already answered in your prior email, only to have them apologize before asking a similarly dumb question. It's like online support, but MUCH slower and WAY less effective. In fact, it's not been effective at all after 18 hours. There's no customer support number, no live chat, and that doesn't change if you pay them. Their program fails, and there's no support when it does. Don't give them money for this.

    Your colleague has, for the SECOND time, linked a solution I can't even access because it's set to "private." I spend hours waiting to get a response that does absolutely no good because your people are paying absolutely no attention to anything. Do you employ competent people? If so, can I speak to one at some point? I've been unable to do anything for days because you folks can't be bothered to provide customer service.

    Will the supervisory team also wait countless hours to do absolutely
    nothing? Or worse yet, continue to repeat the same mistakes that have
    already been made? Heck, even the last "solution" was a complete failure.
    It's a BASIC FORM TEMPLATE. Why does it glitch so badly, and why is there
    not a single competent person to deal with the issue after 3 days? What a
    joke. Too bad I'm not laughing.

    So I waited almost 4 hours after stating that I tried your associate's "fixed" forms, and those forms didn't work. I even linked the forms. What was the response? I was asked to try the forms to see if they worked... Yeah. No new links. No edits. Just an ask to try the same forms I literally just finished saying didn't work. There can't possibly be any oversight happening if that's the response after nearly 4 hours. Why do people tell others they'll involve supervisors when they clearly have no intention of doing so? Do you really think that gag still works? Can I get some actual support?

    Worse yet, the form once again completely deleted my photographs and has created no backups at any point. This form is just completely non-functional. You haven't fixed a thing. This is a basic form, not a fancy template, and you can't even make it work properly. What a joke. Does anyone at Jotform help people? This is really shameful on your part.


    It's taken a week to get nowhere. I thought you were getting a supervisor involved? Everything people from this company tell me turns out to be a lie.

    No communication. No fix. Just a bunch of worthless customer service robot responses filled with platitudes & empty apologies. Jotform is clearly just here to collect as much money as it can before they jump ship. Prove me wrong & actually make something happen.

    Still no fix. Still no communication. What exactly does your "support" actually do besides waste people's time while accomplishing nothing? My account has been completely glitched for weeks now and you've done nothing. Why would anyone trust you to run anything that interacts with a payment system?
