    URGENT leads not exporting to zoho

    Hello

    We just ntoiced that only some of the leads that come through our contact form from our website are not being exported to zoho.

    The forms are Sidebar form and New Contact us Form.

    Can you please look into why that is?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    I have cloned your form here and integrated it to Zoho, so far I am unable to reproduced the problem. I have recorded my test with two submissions, they're all submitted to Zoho almost instantly. http://www.screencast.com/t/HbUJ0dY1fSxe

    Here's my integration setup with Zoho.

    Setup & Embed > Integrations > CRM > Zoho

    However if there are really submissions that are not forwarded to your Zoho leads, you can download it from Jotform and import it to Zoho. I think this is the only option we have. Check the following screen.

    having the same issue , they populate in our drive sheet which we had linked but do not populate in ZOHO as leads
