    Tell your CLIENT from Screencastify, they need to fix the EMAIL link on this form:

    It is NOT accepting my email : as acceptable. I am claming this company ( Screencastify) for an serious matter and I cannot send them the information due to this problem on the jotform.. I do not if it is YOUR script and they have NO idea about this problem or it is THEIR errror. Either way, get it resolve at once because not there is going to be a doble claim.

    Thank you for your inquiry at Jotform Support.

    I did my testing with the and I was successfully able to submit the form with my separate mail address;


    And checked that the submission was in the mail box;


    Since, there was no problem sending the submission on my end, I believe the problem doesn't have to do with the Jotform, but maybe it is that your email address is not accepted on their end.

    Just in case, I have whitelisted your IP address. Please try with your email address again and see if it goes through.

    If it doesn't, could you try sending to their site with another email address other than the one you tried with?
