How to set up a receipt of signed contract upon submission

    Is there a way to set up having a .pdf copy or receipt of a contract sent to my clients automatically after they submit their forms?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

    Yes: you can enabled a PDF attachment of the submission to the Auto Responder email that goes out to your form respondents after they have submitted it. Here's how:

    1) Click on the SETTINGS tab in the top menu of your form builder. Then click EMAILS, and click to edit your Auto Responder email:


    2) Click on the ADVANCED tab:


    3) Toggle the PDF Attachment to ON. This will automatically generate a PDF of the submission that will attach to the Auto Responder emails and send through to your respondents.


    You can always customize this PDF in our PDF Editor.
