Credit card not processing

    Hello, our credit card on file had expired info. It's been updated but it will not "take" by jotform. please assist.

    Could you please re-try to upgrade the plan? You would not be charged automatically.

    Please try to upgrade using any other browser?

    If you are unable to upgrade to the plan then please let us know the plan to which you want to upgrade, we will provide the link to upgrade the plan.
