Account is suspended??? Please help, thanks.

    Hi,

    This is the 2nd time our account has been suspended.

    If you look at our form, it is a basic Product Warranty Form that is filled out by people that purchase our products.

    It only asks for:

    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Product Name That Was Purchased
    • Store It Was Purchased From
    • Authorization Code

    Please fix ASAP, and please advise on what we need to do so this does not occur again.

We have reviewed the forms in your account and we did not find anything that would be enough to keep your account in that status. Your account has now been reactivated and you should be able to log in to your account.
