How can I see what size and the quantity after a customer places an order?

    Are you referring to your https://www.jotform.com/form/210416132947148 form?

    You should be able to see the purchase details on your Submissions Page.

    Depending on your setup, it can also appear on your email alerts.

    Did you perhaps send your test submission prior to completing the payment integration?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your response. This is in reference to the store link below.
    And, yes I did send the the test submission before completing integration.
    This is my first time ever doing this. Now, I don’t know how to fix the
    form so that it will show the product info now. Are you able to do this for
    me? Or show me how to go back and do it? Thanks for your help.

    Hi,
    I’m referring to the jotform table that displays customer info after a
    purchase. Right now, I’m unable to see what they ordered. I don’t what size
    or quantity. No product details are listed so I can’t fill the order
    without that info. Thank you

    There was no existing submission payment or order yet on your form. This was the reason there was no information on the ordered items/products shown in your form table https://www.jotform.com/tables/210416132947148

    You need to have completed submission payment first to have data on the ordered items/product.

    Okay this makes sense. I had a customer make a purchase yesterday but it
    has not shown up in my PayPal account yet. What could be the issue? Does it
    take a few days to process? Or should I have received it by now? The
    customer said that her transaction was completed with her debit card once
    she received an invoice.

    I couldn't see any complete submissions payment, both on current Tables and Trashed Entries. Could you kindly provide us with the name, email, and the customer's payment invoice ID?

    I have checked your form submission but there are no completed transactions.

    May we know if you received an email regarding the submission?

    I would suggest you double check with PayPal regarding the transaction of your customer.
