Unable to See Loaded Documents

Can the creater of the tool see uploaded documents even though you are unable to open it.

Hello! If you've made a submission to a form and uploaded documents which you're not able to see (you get a 404 on accessing it) then this means that the form owner has the privacy setting enabled which only allows them to view the documents uploaded on their form.
