I unable to open downloads.

    After downloading information on an application a week ago and at that time. It build up fine and since Friday. I am not able to look at my downloads. Does that mean when I submit my application that the other party would not be able to open my downloads. What exactly should I do. Should I be worried?

    Are you getting the error when you are trying to open the downloads from the email?

    If yes, it could be due to privacy settings on the form owner's account requiring you to be logged in to your Jotform account on the same browser to access the downloads.

    I am speaking of something else. I am the one that has download the
    information and one week ago. I could pull up and view information. Now I
    can not. This is an application and I am worried that the person viewing
    the application will not be able to veiw it either. What does error 404
    mean? Should I download it again?

    I've successfully confirmed that the account on which the form/submission/file is hosted has a privacy setting that no can view files hosted on the account except the account owner.
