I downgraded from a bronze membership to a regular membership, yet, I was still charged. How can I dispute this?

    Greetings,

Thanks for contacting us. Are you sure that you have to downgrade your account because I can still see that your account is on a Bronze plan?

Can you please downgrade again, so we can process the refund?

You can downgrade your account anytime you want, you may downgrade your subscription from the billing page of your account.a

I am positive that I downgraded. I did exactly what the picture showed the last time. I went ahead and did it 5 times more just now. Please let me know if you see it on your end.

If not, I will need a customer representative to do it for me because there must be an error in the system.

Please let me know how the refund will be submitted and how long I should wait to see it in my bank account.

As a side note, I think Jotform should look into sending a confirmation email stating that you have downgraded. Most companies will do this to ensure that the customer feels secure in their decision (always will have a button to switch back) and that way if the customer "doesn't" receive a confirmation code or email, they know that they did in incorrectly and need to go back. I think this is a system that Jotform should look into in the future.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I will downgrade to free your account myself and will process the refund. Usually, you will receive the refund within 2-5 business days, the refund will appear in his original payment account.

    Have a good day,

    Johann
