    E-Signature unable to change on edit mode of the form.

    I have used the Confirmation Tips information you have provided and when selecting the edit button to make changes to the form I am unable to change the signature. When confirming the form and submitting the final corrected form the edited form does not have the signatures. I am using this form for my testing before putting into production.

    Hi,

    You must be referring to this guide How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date (correct us if not and provide also the link to the Confirmation Tip you mentioned)

    And I would also like to seek clarification on what you wanted to achieve.

    Are you saying that you wanted to edit the e-signature of the form submissions?
    And after editing the e-signature and re-submitting the form, the changes does not take effect on the e-sign. 

    Though I am not 100% sure yet, but perhaps editing the e-sign is a feature not allowed on the form.

    Hi,

    The confirmation page tips was pasting the java code from a website and editing the thank you page. You are partially correct in your response. To clarify a bit more; When I submit the form it goes to a page that Thanks for your submission page that gives the option to edit the entries. I then select edit make a change to the form; You are correct the e-signarure cannot be modified. Then reesubmit the form which takes me back to the the Thank you/Confirmation page. I then select the complete submission; the email comes to me and the e-signature is not on the edited form. I can re-open thread and submit screen shots if visual is needed.

    I am able to reproduce the error after I cloned your form.

    I will go ahead and run some further test and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Upon testing by creating a clone of your form and making my own form with the same feature just like yours, the form that has been edited was not able to show the signature anymore after submission of the edited form.

    Here's a screenshot of the form notification I have created with the edit feature just like yours. As you can see there is no e-signature below (the edited form).

    I will go ahead and escalate this issue to our higher level of support for further clarification.

    We will keep you posted on this thread if there is any update on the fix.
