Qr codes & Form Fill - Change based off customer

Is there a way to add a line to the HTML code of the QR code to carry a value over?

So we generate the same QR HTTP: code, then on the next line put a value in the code, then that code and value comes into the form filler and auto-fills a field.

Example: put the referring customer name in that position, then every time we make a QR code for a customer. Then they scan it, it auto-fills them as the referee on that form fill.

I can manipulate the code for the QR each time, if jot form can recognize the code coming in and place the value in the correct field.

Unfortunately, you cannot add external codes to the QR code.

But I think your requirement can be achieved using the Dynamic QR code widget which allows mapping any of the form fields into it. So in your case, the Customer name field can be linked to the QR code.

When you scan the QR code after submission, it returns the Customer name.

    Would that help?

Thank you for reading into what I was looking for. I read into your link and it would work perfectly for my application. However, I don't know if it's my version of membership or I just can't find it. But I can not figure out how to activate it on my account.

    I have a bronze-level account.

Do you have an article that shows how to implement it step by step?

You can find the widget in the Widgets section of the form builder. See below:

This widget can fetch the value from a field and make it the value of the QR Code. However, if your purpose is to let it fill the form, I'm afraid it is not possible.

I'm sorry, but we do not have a specific guide for the widget. We only have the following user guide that will help you add a widget in the form:

    Thanks
