Hi, I'm wondering why my account has been suspended?

    Hi Jotform,

    For some reason my account has been suspended. Really not sure why, as I haven't used it for about 5 years now. And even then it wouldn't have been for anything more than a couple of emails.

    Just wondering if I'll be able to have it reactivated?


    Also, do your forms have landing page builders? Or do you just integrate into other websites.

    As your account has been unused for a while, I'll reach out to our dedicated team to see what happened and I'll revert back to you shortly.


    As using the forms as a landing page, the answer is yes and no.

    If you want to use the form as a standalone, you can do this without any issue, the URL will be in the form "jotform.com/XXXXXX"

    You can also export the source code and host it by yourself: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-how-to-get-the-full-source-code-of-your-form

    It all depends on how you envision your Landing Page.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.


    The suspension has been caused due to one of your previous form (Family Enrolment Form) where you were asking for credit card details in plain text.


    To reactivate the account, we would have to remove the fields from this form.


    Is that fine to you?
