I am looking for a calendar that supports Month and Year format

    I am looking for a calender picker supporting Dutch that only selects month/year, so not day.

    What do you recommend and gives a good looking output on PDF?

    We have this date widget that only displays the Month and Year: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/datepicker-year-month. Unfortunately, the widget might not look the way you want it.

    You may also consider using the Dropdown field as place it side by side. Here's an example:

    The Dropdown has predefined options. You can choose Months and Last 100 Years, see below:
