As of late, more often than not, I have not been receiving the JotForm forms in my email inbox. I have to login into our actual JotForm account to see all the submissions coming in thru a JotForm template. This is not very convenient.
There are the forms:
Pay your bill regular
Pay your bill Paypal
Can you fix this problem?
I will send test emails when I am in JotForm to get the emails coming to my inbox again, but then 2 days later, they are not working any more.
Can you please help?

Upon checking your email recepient configured on your email notification for the 3 forms. It is not in the bounce list.

Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know so that we could further check.
