Showing results to users on Wordpress

If users submit a form including their email address, can I display the users submitted info or results on a Wordpress page, but for only 1 user which would be matched by email address?

Or from Wordpress, can I query the Jotform database and output information specific to the email address match between the 2 databases?

If so, how might I be able to accomplish this?

Also, does Jotform offer professional custom services or support?
