Jot form preview whoops message - Please help!

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when you try to access the form URL, it shows this error message?

    I did check the form session URL you have shared, and it seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

    I’ve uploaded attachments (possibly different from what’s in the picture) but when j go to preview any I’ve attached, i get the Whoops error message.

    Also, please note that the owner of the form might have enabled the "require to log-in to view uploaded files" option in which case there's not much to do until he changes that parameter as only the owner will be able to see the files.
