Syncing Issue Between Jotform Web Page and Mobile App

    I have filled out some forms on my jot form mobile app. I am attempting to view them from the web app on my laptop and my account says no forms filled out yet I can see them on the mobile app.

    Hi @greghladunleblanc,

    Thank you for reaching us.

    When I checked your account from our system, there seem to be no created forms both on your account web page and Jotform Mobile App. Could you please provide us the form links which you are seeing on the mobile app but not able to see on the web page? If possible, please also send a screenshot of the forms on the My Forms screen on your phone.

    You can share your form links by clicking the form on your mobile app, then clicking the Publish option, pressing Copy from the sharing options, then simply paste it on the message you are sending us.
