timezone issues

Hi team we have created forms and set the timezone to Melbourne Australia but it doesn't seem right - this impacts the adding of appointments to a jotform and also impacts the recording or capturing of when a jotform is submitted - any thoughts ??

I have checked your account settings and it seems you have already updated your timezone.

To clarify, when you receive a new submission, it is not showing the correct time in Australia?

May we know the form in question so that we can check the submission?
