image link not working - 404

    Hi


    Im Razli Yahya, im using account Jendela.vesb@gmail.com.

    I have a problem with image link not working (404).

    During form submission, we have checked the image link and working.

    today when we want to retrieve the image, the link not longer working.

    above is the example for not working link. This link was working during the submission.

    we have many files submissions happen the same thing.

    Beside that, Please advise how long our files is stored in your server.

    Hi there,

    This happens when you have set privacy restrictions. Please click on your profile picture on the top right-> Select Settings-> Account settings-> Scroll down to Privacy-> Uncheck the option "Require log in to view uploaded files"

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.
    Already untick the option as stated. This was selected today after I found
    so many files lost on the server.
    I checked the account history and found that many submissions had been
    deleted on the 21/2/2021. I'm not sure who deleted it but i cannot find the
    deleted files in the thrash.
    Can you help us how to recover the deleted files?

    I have checked your account history and it seems you have deleted your submission data.

    Unfortunately, we cannot recover deleted submission data at our end.

    I would suggest to check your notification email again for the submission data.
