    Hello,

    I recently attempted to log into my Jotform account but it says it has been disabled due to potential phishing. I'm unsure of to what this is referring. The page said to contact support to re-enable my account.

    I got an email saying my account problem had been resolved but my account is still suspended. Could I get this problem resolved?

    Our system suspended the account as you built a form to request login information. Asking for these pieces of information violates our terms of use and aren't allowed whatsoever.

    I unsuspended the account, but I deleted the field that triggered the suspension ("password")
