My Jotform account was working fine until I created this form https://hipaa.jotform.com/210520953890051, when I try to publish it, it just says form not found, I have already checked setting and form is already enabled.
Please assist me with the issue.

As I have verified, your account is currently in the Free plan, however, HIPAA can only be enabled on the Silver and Gold plan: How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-compliance
Can you try to disable HIPAA on your account, by going to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data and click on "Disable HIPAA Compliance"?
You can either re-upgrade to at least a Silver plan to re-enable the forms or disable HIPAA on your account.
