Hi Jotform,
I created an integration for my only form with Airtable. It was working well and few weeks ago I saw a problem. Jotform was not sending information into Rich text field in Airtable.
So when I check "Rich text" in an Airtable field, Jotform can't see/find it but when I uncheck it, Jotform can see it and I can use it in the integration.
Was there a change on the Airtable integration?
Thanks,

Greetings,
Kindly confirm, are you referring to the following long text fields in your form?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks

Unfortunately, it is not possible to map rich text formatting on the long text field in Airtable.
You may only map normal long text with your web form.
If you have further questions ,let us know.

What's it's weird is that it was possible few months ago 😅
Did Airtable change something on their API?
