How to remove the Stripe details on the email notification.

I am looking to remove the Stripe details on the receipt. However when I enter (myProducts) it just comes up blank.. it's only works when it's listed as (item3) but that includes the Stripe details when I only want the total amount.

I assumed that you are referring to this form, 210424376156351, correct? I have cloned your form and made a test submission, and I could recreate the issue on my end. However, I have tried to delete the field tag again on the email template and add it back with this field tag {input3:total}, and it fixes the issue:
