Hi there,
You may use the Appointment element from the list of basic elements:Select the gear icon-> Limits and set it up based on your needs:
If you go to Advanced-> one-on-one appointment type, then the slot will be blocked once a user selects it.

That's a great help! Thanks a heap, I can use the vacation/holidays days as the day's books I guess! Unless there a better solution than manually having to prevent dates each submission

I'm sorry, but that's the only option you could disable specific dates when using the appointment field.
Thanks

Okay! I'm assuming there's no other type of date picker/reservation picker that you can integrate a google calendar that on submit the calendar will fill in as booked, thus revert to blocked out dates in JotForm date picker/reservation picker?
Kind regards.

If you set the Appointment type to one-on-one appointment type, then the slot will be blocked once a user selects it.
The booked slot will be automatically blocked. For more information please refer to this guide:

Unfortunately, you can only send the date to Google Calendar through our Google Calendar integration. There is no option you can sync dates in the form.
