Forms Disabled - Account reached uplod space limit

    Good Morning,

    I received an email last week that my account was disabled because I was over the storage limits. However I had already emptied all previous submissions to the trash to clear out the account. I now can't see any of my old forms to even look to where I might need delete forms to save additional space. I plan to upgrade my account in May when we will start using the forms and collecting them for this year.

    Is there a way to do this?

    Please try deleting your trashed entries as well.

    Thank you Cecile. I have removed all forms from the trash and permanently deleted them, but it's still showing I'm out of upload space. Is there a delay on this?

    The problem was in the form cache. I've cleared it, and you should have no problems now.
