a recurring payment keeps coming out of my account

a recurring payment keeps coming out of my account for my gym despite is being closed. How do I go about getting a refund for this?

Could you please recheck if you have successfully canceled the subscription, The recurring payment can be stopped in your Square account. You'll need to login into your Square account to cancel the recurring subscription.

As for the refund, if you submitted a subscription payment form that was created by one of our users and you want to get a refund from the payments, you need to contact the form owner and ask them to refund the payments.
