No code given to reset passoword

I am trying to reset my password but am unable to do so as it keeps asking for a reset code which is not included in the reset password email. Please advise, thanks

I did check our records and there is no account with your email address shead****@hhja*****.org. What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile?

Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form, and we will take a look.
